Specifications & selection

Specifications and order requirements

Discuss your current grade or operating conditions. ENVO codes identify sales requirements; manufacturer grades, supply specifications, test methods and document versions are confirmed for the selected product.

Application-specific specificationSpecialty formulations

Availability confirmed. Share the intended use, preferred form and key requirements to confirm the grade and its technical documentation.

Application conditions & technical scope

Color removal and COD control may use different mechanisms. Assess coagulable color, dissolved organics and oxidation routes separately.

Appearance and supplied form

Confirm the form before comparing specifications.

Check the required form, then compare the composition, specifications and test conditions of the specific grade.

Product forms to compare

Organic-polymer decolorizing liquid; confirm formulation separately

Colorless to pale-colored; low-temperature separation/whitening depends on product

Specified polymer aqueous solutionColorless to pale-colored · Viscous liquid

Appearance information supports initial screening only. Color cannot establish chemical identity, concentration or quality grade. Confirm the actual batch using supply documents and samples.

Application issues and troubleshooting

Decolorizing Coagulant — troubleshooting checks

Review symptoms, possible causes and verification steps together to prepare a more focused product-selection discussion.

01Strong color removal but limited COD reduction
Possible causes
Coagulable color and dissolved organic matter may arise from different components.
Investigation and resolution
Measure color and COD separately; identify dyes/additives and biodegradability before comparing coagulation, adsorption or separate oxidation routes.
Checks required
Color source, dyes/additives, COD/color methods, salinity and existing biological treatment.
Application limits
Decolorization does not establish COD or complete refractory-pollutant removal.
02Sludge or pH changes from Decolorizing Coagulant differ from expectations
Possible causes
The active-component basis, acid/alkali demand or jointly used chemicals may have changed; inorganic salts and organic polymers act differently.
Investigation and resolution
Use the same active-metal or polymer basis. Record pH, sludge and downstream dewatering, assessing the main chemical and aid separately.
Checks required
Incoming-water pH and alkalinity, current chemical documents, process sequence, sludge samples and equipment records.
Application limits
Candidate chemicals are not a blend that must all be used together; confirm reaction locations and product compatibility separately.
03Decolorizing Coagulant appearance or preparation differs from the previous purchase
Possible causes
Powder, crystals, liquid, hydration state and formulation can all change appearance and content.
Investigation and resolution
Compare the grade label, SDS, actual-form photographs and dissolution tests to distinguish product changes from moisture or oxidation effects.
Checks required
Actual dye/color source; composition; jointly used chemicals; trial results; provide label, batch, storage time and preparation-water information.
Application limits
Color alone cannot establish purity or industrial grade; purchasing and acceptance require the actual grade, supply form and batch documents.

More questions, answered.

Decolorizing Coagulant: Strong color removal but limited COD reduction — what should I check?

Measure color and COD separately; identify dyes/additives and biodegradability before comparing coagulation, adsorption or separate oxidation routes.

What should I compare when buying Decolorizing Coagulant?

Share the application, current product, purchase quantity and delivery location to help confirm a suitable specification. Key checks include: Composition/active basis, pH range, color/COD response, sludge and downstream effects. Compare the current grade document and the same test basis before choosing an alternative.

Which documents should accompany a Decolorizing Coagulant enquiry?

Request the current grade-specific TDS and product SDS, the COA for the actual supplied batch, and any intended-use documents required for the destination. Share the application, specification, quantity and delivery requirements. Document version, batch coverage and public-release scope are confirmed for the specific request.
