Start with the equipment requirement
Record the equipment or cartridge model, original-media documents and known dimensions to establish filling requirements. If ball diameter is unknown, share equipment documents or an actual sample reference rather than guessing a size.
Appearance is not a specification
Check actual composition, diameter/tolerance, dissolution test conditions and original packaging labels. A photograph may help identify the medium, but it does not prove composition or service life.
Verify the intended water use
Industrial and potable-water equipment may require different documents. Documents must match the actual product, manufacturing entity, intended use and valid scope. Define spherical media separately from powdered phosphates. Another brand’s certificate is not ENVO certification.
Carry the information into the enquiry
Prepare the equipment reference, dimensions or original sample, intended water use and required quantity. Request documents for the specific purchase, then agree packaging and delivery conditions in the order. Appearance alone does not establish equivalence.

Industry references describe general uses. Product specifications, certifications and application results require the corresponding supplier documentation.
